College Bus Service

The College provides bus transport for students for daily travel to and from the College.

This service is also available to families who have children attending St Mary’s College and St Mary’s Primary School.

  • Cost: $40 per family, per week (the same price applies whether you have 1 child or 4).
  • Concession: $30 per family, per week for families holding an eligible concession card. The concession card must be in the name of the adult signing the contract:
    • Health Care Card (issued by Services Australia)
    • Pensioner Concession Card (issued by Services Australia)
    • Department of Veterans’ Affairs Pensioner Concession Card.

The cost is reviewed each Semester and may change depending on demand and available funds.

To secure a place, please submit a completed and signed School Parent Agreement (SPA) form (contract) to reception@sec.qld.edu.au. Once received, your place will be confirmed, and a bus pass will be issued during the first week of travel.

Fees are charged per Term. A tax invoice will be emailed to you at the beginning of each Term. The College then collects the rebate on your behalf, so you don’t need to pay the full amount upfront.
