Director of Pathways
The Director of Pathways is responsible for expressing leadership that gives authentic witness to the four Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) Touchstones of Liberating Education, Justice and Solidarity, Gospel Spirituality and Inclusive Community, when interacting with students and staff. The role holder will facilitate pathways for optimal post-school outcomes for students through the designing, leading and implementation of future focused forward-thinking strategies.
Pastoral Dean
The Pastoral Dean is responsible for expressing leadership that gives authentic witness to the four Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) Touchstones of Liberating Education, Justice and Solidarity, Gospel Spirituality and Inclusive Community, when interacting with students and staff. The role holder is a member of the Pastoral Team responsible for providing a contemporary, stimulating, safe and supportive learning environment that caters for the educational needs of all St Edmund’s College students.
Classroom Teacher
The Classroom Teacher is responsible for creating a positive and disciplined learning environment that gives authentic witness to the four Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) Touchstones of Liberating Education, Justice and Solidarity, Gospel Spirituality and Inclusive Community, both formally and informally, in the classroom, during co-curricular activities and when interacting with students. In this way, each student will be challenged to grow in knowledge, faith and maturity according to his potential.
