Dads & Lads


St Edmund's annual ‘Dads and Lads’ evening allows the boys and their fathers to have a good time in the name of Father’s Day. The evening kicks off with a barbeque and conversation and then gets going with a very competitive game of tug-o-war. After that the dad and lad pairs participate in a variety of activities all in the name of fun and house points. At times the emotions can run high as a lad beats a dad by being able to eat more chilli sauce sandwiches thus claiming supremacy, for a little while at least. The proceedings wind up with a very spirited game of basketball and finally supper. Everyone leaves with a smile on their face.
