Our Homeroom-Pastoral Care period in the mornings has been grouped by Houses this year. Each Homeroom group contains about four students from each of the year levels. These students stay together with their Homeroom teacher for the duration of their time here at St Edmund's. This means that they will develop a strong pastoral relationship with their members of homeroom. This has given the potential for more effective Student Support Programs. Other opportunities include the development of: - more structured pastoral programs for appropriate times of the year, - personal sharing and getting to know more about each other, - peer support, - homework support, - preparation & organisation for exams and assignments, - and participation in a range of fun activities.
